HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon "Shell" = "%AppData%\.exe"
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\AppID\.exe

After that, you should remove Get-A-Clip Ads Toolbar from browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and IE by manual

For Chrome:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click on the Chrome menu and select Settings.
3. Click on Extensions in the left side menu.
4. Remove/Disable the Get-A-Clip Ads Toolbar.
5. In the Search section, click Manage search engines and remove Get-A-Clip Ads from the default search engines list.
